Throughout my career, I have led high-visibility initiatives across various industries, from launching leadership development programs that build internal talent pipelines to creating enterprise-wide learning systems that enhance engagement and skill readiness. My portfolio includes designing and managing instructional programs for brands such as Ford Motor Company, Carhartt, and Emergent Holdings, and MotorCity Casino Hotel, where I served as an internal consultant and advisor to business leaders, SMEs, and HR partners.
My background as a post-secondary psychology instructor sharpened my facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills, which continue to guide my work today. Transitioning from higher education to corporate L&D, I’ve managed LMS implementations, designed leadership development programs, and delivered enterprise-wide learning strategies.
