ICANN Win Challenge – The Crafted Pen
Designed and delivered the instructional framework for the ICANN Win Challenge™, transforming complex government contracting requirements into high-impact learning experiences. Created modular content, job aids, and performance tools that enabled participants to assess readiness, make go/no-go decisions, and build compliant submission packages.
Leadership Finance Training 101 – Ford Motor Company
Developed a leadership finance program that empowered new Enterprise Technology leaders to make confident, data-informed business decisions. Designed as a blended learning experience combining eLearning, live coaching, and on-demand tools, the program strengthened financial acumen and aligned leadership capability with enterprise goals
New Leader Orientation (NLO) – Emergent Holdings
Designed and launched a four-module orientation program to accelerate the effectiveness of newly promoted leaders. The curriculum—Choose to Lead, HR Essentials, Legal Policies & Procedures, and Aligning People and Priorities—equipped leaders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to navigate their new roles. The program strengthened leadership fundamentals, reinforced compliance, and aligned people and priorities with organizational goals to drive lasting performance.
Emerging Leadership Program – Carhartt
Designed a transformative leadership journey that turned potential into performance through self-awareness, skill-building, and real-world application. This multi-phase program prepared high-performing individual contributors for leadership, expanded the internal talent pipeline, and enhanced succession readiness across the organization.
Manager Onboarding eLearning – MotorCity Casino Hotel
Designed and developed an interactive onboarding eLearning program for managers focused on recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding excellence. Built in Articulate 360, the course integrated scenario-based learning and interactive quizzes to boost engagement and knowledge retention. Launched in Cornerstone OnDemand, it featured pre- and post-assessments and real-time feedback via Microsoft Forms, ensuring measurable learning outcomes and a consistent manager onboarding experience.

MotorCity Casino Hotel – Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
Led the successful implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) for over 1,500 learners, ensuring a seamless and intuitive learning experience. Oversaw configuration, HRIS integration, and course setup; developed user support systems; and launched the platform on schedule, meeting all project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
Carhartt – SAP SuccessFactors
Led the implementation and administration of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, overseeing configuration, data setup, and system testing to support training processes. Created curricula, assignment profiles, items, and notifications, as well as uploaded and validated eLearning courses in iContent. Ensured accurate completion tracking and served as a reliable resource for system functionality and administration.
