These are a couple of programs, presentations, and work samples I created. Each are designed to highlight my approach to building impactful learning experiences.
Stepping into leadership is one of the most critical and vulnerable career transitions. Without preparation, new leaders often face challenges that impact productivity, compliance, and engagement. The New Leader Orientation (NLO) program addressed these risks by equipping leaders with the knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed from day one.
Results: Within the first year, the program reduced time-to-readiness by 30%, increased confidence and capability scores by 25%, and lowered HR escalations. Leaders felt more supported and prepared, while the organization gained stronger cultural alignment and a more robust leadership pipeline.
Instructional Design Sample
I designed and structured a multi-week, cohort-based learning experience supporting mission-driven entrepreneurs pursuing government and corporate contracts. Led end-to-end instructional design efforts—including curriculum architecture, learning objectives, facilitation guides, participant workbooks, and assessment tools—translating complex proposal strategy and compliance requirements into clear, actionable learning assets. The program emphasized practical application, readiness diagnostics, and scalable systems to support contract preparedness and execution.
